TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED BYREFUGEES AS WELL AS DEPRIVED AND NEEDY KACHIN PEOPLE.(ILL) . TO PROMOTE FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT EDUCATION BASE ON THEUNITED NATION'S UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS ANDDOCUMENTATION OF HUMAN RIGHT ABUSES.
