PALS is a water fitness group. We run four aqua aerobics sessions per week as well as social events and outings. Our sessions are run by qualified aqua aerobics teachers and fully attended by qualified lifeguard. Members come from as far away as Taunton and Dulverton. If you are in any doubt about your fitness, please consult your GP, but be assured that we do accept GP and hospital referrals.
