Gap Supported Housing
To support vulnurable adults both homeless and those threatened by homelessness. We provide short term supported accommodation for up to seven adults. This service provides 24 hour support and offers the opportunity for individuals to look at the issues that contributed to their homelessness. We deliver basic living skills and employability training and assist in finding long term accommodation.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The charity reported a net expenditure of £49,499 for the year, resulting in a decrease in total unrestricted funds from £202,653 to £185,881. Despite this deficit, the Trustees maintain that adequate financial provision is in place to ensure the continuation of service delivery and have confirmed the accounts are prepared on a going concern basis. The charity's reserves policy targets maintaining unrestricted funds equivalent to three to six months of expenditure, a level the Trustees state has been maintained throughout the year.
