“During the earlier part of the year, Dr Mitesh Badiani, a trustee, incurred expenditure on behalf of the charity in connection with its international outreach activities. This arrangement arose because the charity had limited access to suitable international payment facilities. No trustee received any remuneration or benefits from the charity during the period. No amounts were outstanding to related parties at the reporting date. During the year, the charity introduced its own debit and prepaid expenditure cards, allowing operational and travel expenditure to be paid directly by the charity. The arrangement whereby Dr Badiani incurred expenditure on behalf of the charity therefore ceased during the latter part of the year.” — page 14
