The Trust promotes and encourages best education practices in rural Nepal to encourage equal opportunities for all regardless of age, sex or disability and it also educates the communities in best farming and irrigation practices to help improve the rural economy.In addition the Trust provides health care and associated facilities for these rural communities including health camps etc

The accounts state that the charity is winding down its operations, with trustees acknowledging they are 'going through the final funds left from the late Mr John Yearley' and will 'start the closing of the Charity procedures' after the Annual Return is submitted. Per the trustees' report, the charity was almost entirely funded by the late chairman's will, receiving £36,000 in the current year, with unrestricted reserves falling to £17,841.79.
