THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST ALKMUND AND ST WERBURGH, DERBY
We have the responsibility of co-operating with the Priest in Charge (currently in vacancy), in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. We have maintenance responsibilities for the main church buildings that form St Alkmund's, 40 Kedleston Road, Derby.
Financial health, per its FY2024 accounts
The accounts state that the charity reported a net surplus of £12,928 for the year ended 31 December 2024, resulting in total net assets of £89,444. This figure is significantly above the PCC's stated reserves policy target of £20,000, which is intended to cover one month's unrestricted expenditure and emergency situations.
