Provision of mobile belfries, to promote awareness of the historically and culturally important English art and science of change-ringing (as originated on church bells), by giving public demonstrations and information.Recruiting and teaching ringers in the wider community, especially young people, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
