The accounts state that Newlon Fusion was dissolved on 3 June 2025, with all assets and liabilities transferred to its parent company, Newlon Housing Trust. The financial statements were prepared on a basis other than going concern, resulting in a net movement in funds deficit of £154,897 due to these transfers. Per the trustees' report, the charity ceased operations and its charitable purposes are now delivered directly by the Newlon Group members.
