THE PSORIASIS AND PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS ALLIANCE
The charity is working towards being the principal independent source of information and support to those affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. To reach this goal the charity maintains and continues to develop material and other useful programmes, which are designed to help people manage their psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis more effectively.

Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that unrestricted reserves fell to £528,075 from £763,217 in the prior year, driven by a net expenditure of £244,483 against total income of £30,948. The trustees note that voluntary income is a small part of the charity's income and that reliance on reserves is vital to support activities until new income streams are developed. Despite this drawdown, the trustees confirm the charity has adequate resources to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months.
