TO PROVIDE A FOCUS FOR CARERS; TO PROMOTE THE NEEDS OF CARERS; TO GATHER AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION REGARDING CARERS AND THE SUPPORT AVAILABLE FOR CARERS; TO IDENTIFY NEED AND WORK WITH AGENCIES TO DEVELOP APPROPRIATE SERVICES.
