B) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FORM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
