“The Trust seeks to have unrestricted reserves at least equal to six months running costs of the organisation. This is sufficient to ensure that cash flow does not become an issue and allows sufficient reserves to undertake an orderly wind down of the Trust should the need ever arise. At present this would probably represent a cost in the order of £50,000 - £60,000. The balance sheet shows that the Trust complies with this policy.” — page 4
