(11) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY, AND NATURAL HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE TOWN. (111) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION PROTECTION DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE TOWN.
