THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE FOR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN CRAFT WORK AND THE APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND FOR THE TEACHING OF SKILLS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH.
