THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH RESTRICTIONS (IF ANY) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR OR TOWARDS THE PROMOTION OF THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS BY THE PROVISION, IMPROVEMENT, RESTORATION, PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY AS OPEN SPACES INCLUDING AN OPEN SPACE TO BE KNOWN AS "SWANLEY VILLAGE GREEN" TO BE USED FOREVER AS AREAS FOR INFORMAL RECREATION PLAY OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS MEETING AREAS OR PLACES FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS OR FOR ANY OTHER LAWFUL PURPOSE CONSISTENT WITH THESE TRUSTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS AND THE LOCALITY AND BY THE PROVISION, IMPROVEMENT, RESTORATION, PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE AMENITIES OF THE LOCALITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS
