“The Trustees are in the process of winding up the Charity and have a reasonable expectation that the Trust will cease to continue in operation within the period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. However, the date of liquidation has not yet been decided. As a result, the Trustees have prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern, but no adjustments were necessary to the amounts at which the remaining net assets are included in these financial statements.” — page 16
