THE FERNDOWN & DISTRICT U3A
The Charity provides educational , recreational and social activities in the Ferndown area of Dorset for those no longer in full-time employment. Currently there about 92 groups. Most activities are held from mid-September until the end of May. The subscription is £58 for our accounting year. We have approximately 611 members.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that the charity achieved a combined surplus of £7,644.00 for the year ended 31 May 2025, with an accumulated fund of £41,983.33. The trustees report that resources are adequate and the independent examiner confirmed no material matters require attention for a proper understanding of the accounts.
