THE TRUSTEES MAY AT ANY TIME OR TIMES AS TO ALL OR ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND TRANSFER OR RAISE AND PAY OR APPLY THE SAME TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS OR OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS OR PURPOSES WHERESOEVER SITUATE AS THE THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AND SO THAT THE CAPITAL SHALL BE TRANSFERRED PAID OR APPLIED TO OR FOR ANY SUCH INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS OR OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS OR PURPOSES WHERESOEVER SITUATE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AND SO THAT THE CAPITAL SHALL BE TRANSFERRED PAID APPLIED TO OR FOR SUCH INSTITUTION OBJECT OR PURPOSE IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH SHARES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SO DECIDE.[2] CAPITAL OF THE TRUST MAY ALSO BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES NOT ONLY FOR THE GENERAL RELIEF OF POVERTY WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE FOREGOING TRUST BUT FOR THE PARTICULAR RELIEF OF SUCH JEWISH POOR PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY SELECT AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE TRUSTEES MAY RENDER ASSISTANCE TO SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS.
