THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN THE ISLE OF DOGS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND THE ADJACENT NEIGHBOURHOODS WITH THE OBJECT OF PROVIDING FACILITES FOR PUBLIC RECREATION OR OTHE RLEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE WHO RESIDE AND WORK IN THE SAID AREA PROVIDED THAT IN FURTHERANCE OF ALL OR ANY OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO PROMOTE PROVIDE OR ASSIST ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE AREA REFERRED TO ABOVE WHERE IT IS OF THE OPINION THAT TO DO SO WILL BENEFIT THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID AREA.
