THE HOPE CHARITY
The provision of support and therapy to children and young people with learning difficulties and special needs.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that the charity generated an operating surplus of £177k from rental income, though this was offset by a £291k net loss on the revaluation of its investment property. The charity holds £1,781k in unrestricted reserves but has negative net current assets, relying on intercompany loans and support from its parent group to meet liabilities. The trustees and auditors confirm the going concern basis is appropriate due to the parent group's commitment to provide financial support.
