“The Trust owns a property known as 8 Archibald Road which was purchased in 1994 by a number of donations given by members of St Peters Church. That property continues to provide housing for ministry staff at St Peters. During the year the Trustees have agreed that the property should be made available at no cost to St Peters and at the same time St Peters have agreed that they will maintain the property and reimburse any costs which the Trust may incur in respect of the property.” — page 3
