A specialist solicitor dealing with charity law and commercial conveyancing was appointed for this purpose. Permission from the the Charity Commission has been granted to Soteria Trust to purchase the flat. Conveyancing should start March 2026. Unrestricted Funds The finance to purchase the flat at £85,000 and legal/solicitor fees at about £7,000 will come from the unrestricted funds in the next financial year (after 1st February 2026). The unrestricted funds was shown to be £236,700 (Section B B09) at the 31st January 2026.
