The accounts state that the financial health of the Charity remains good, with total assets of £355,604 held in general funds. Per the trustees' report, £270,050 was transferred to the new FRC CIO before the year-end, with a remaining balance of £85,554 to be transferred subsequently. The Charity is anticipated to be dissolved during the 2025/26 financial year following the transfer of operations.
