Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that the charity ended the year with a surplus of £22,076, increasing its unrestricted funds to £31,828. The trustees note that while the living wage increases and funding changes have created tough operating conditions, prudent financial management has allowed reserves to show signs of recovering. Staff retention and low sector wages are identified as constant worries, but the preschool aims to stabilize financial reserves to meet future demands.
