(C) TO DISTRIBUTE FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES UP TO 20 PER CENT OF THE TRUSTS INCOME AND/OR CAPITAL AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION CONSIDER APPROPRIATE
