TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE OR HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHOOL AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE
