THE WHITTLESEY CHARITY
We have four funds. Relief in need, education, public purposes & church. They are self explanitory, except that the church fund is a share of our net income. Our area of benefit is limited to the urban & rural districts of Whittlesey. Applications from outside our district will perhaps not receive a reply.
Financial health, per its FY2024 accounts
The accounts state that the charity achieved a surplus of £49,523 before grants, resulting in unrestricted general funds of £111,378 at year-end. The trustees consider these reserves satisfactory to sustain the charity's requirements. The filing was independently examined by KJ Day F.C.C.A, who reported no matters causing concern regarding the accounts or accounting records.
