THE SOLE OBJECT OF THE FUND IS THE COLLECTION, MANAGEMENT AND PROVISION OF FUNDS FOR THE BOARD, OR THE BOARD'S PREMISES SUB-COMMITTEE (WHICH IS ESTABLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EDUCATION (SCHOOL GOVERNMENT) REGULATIONS 1989), THAT IT MAY MORE EFFECTIVELY DISCHARGE ITS MORAL AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE OF, AND ANY NECESSARY IMPROVEMENTS TO, THE SCHOOL'S PREMISES. THE FUND MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE; NOR MAY ANY INSTITUTION OR PERSON OTHER THAN THE SCHOOL, FOR AS LONG AS IT MAY SUBSIST AS A ROMAN CATHOLIC SCHOOL, BE A DIRECT BENEFICIARY OF THE FUND.
