The principal objects of the FUND are: i) To relieve persons in Dominica/Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress as a result of local natural disasters. ii) To relieve persons in the United Kingdom and elsewhere who have suffered in a similar way. Activities are primarily the organisation of the Dominica Independence Cenebrations in the UK.

(1) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA, WEST INDIES WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL NATURAL DISASTERS (2) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE WHO HAVE SUFFERED IN A SIMILAR WAY.(3) TO PURSUE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS CONSISTENT WITH THE FOREGOING AS MAY BE ADOPTED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE MANAGEMENT BOARD.
