“We draw your attention to note 3 in the financial statements, the Charity has suffered a decline in free reserves which, were this to continue, could see the Charity have insufficient funds to meet payments as they fall due. However, the new partnership with a high-ranking University should result in improved results. As stated in note 3, these events on conditions indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Charity's ability to continue as a going concern.” — page 8
