“The Charity's policy regarding reserves is to ensure, as far as is possible, that it retains a portion of income to transfer to reserves while ensuring that its charitable objectives are achieved. At the end of the year the Charity was able to retain all of its incoming resources as at 31 December 2023. The Trustees consider this level of reserves sufficient to ensure that the Charity will remain self-sustaining into the foreseeable future and to meet any unforeseen eventualities.” — page 5
