“During the year transactions with Brake (New Zealand) occurred whereby Brake UK paid Brake (New Zealand) an amount totalling £13,277 (2022: £75,062) to cover the cost of New Zealand based staff assisting Brake UK. As at 31 December 2023 the balance sheet contains a concessionary loan due from Brake (New Zealand) totalling £172 (2022: £9,288). The loan is interest free and repayable on demand from Brake.” — page 28
